Our business model is designed to service employers throughout the Rocky Mountain Region, providing customized searches that align with the employer’s current hiring needs. We are happy to accept resumes to reserve on file; these will be accessed in the event a potential match is detected between an individual’s qualifications and our current projects. Due to the high volume of resumes that we receive, we will only respond to resume submissions that are deemed a possible fit for projects that are in-process. EMPLOYERS: Creative Career Connections works on a retained search basis on behalf of companies with specific hiring objectives. Our services range from a la carte one position focus to extended six to 12 month projects of ongoing search and staffing. All of our placements include a guarantee of 1-3 years, with the length of guarantee being determined by the position’s salary level. Our unconditional guarantee offers free replacement of employees who do not fulfill their guarantee period.
